Start the measurement with your knee slightly bent. Find the center of the kneecap and go from there in a straight line to the outside of your knee. Measure the circumference 14cm towards the upper body (A) and below the kneecap (B).

Great support.

Having tried so many supports over the years this is by far the best. My only comment would be to add a strap across the top of the support (upper thigh)

I’ve been using this knee support mainly for tennis and jogging, and while it does provide a good sense of stability and protection, it comes with some serious drawbacks.

The first thing I noticed is how heavy and bulky it is. My movements felt restricted, which is frustrating during activities that require agility and quick motion. It does make me feel safe, so I can see the benefit in using it for high-impact sports like skiing, where stability matters more than flexibility.

Another big issue is comfort, the material gets very hot, especially during longer workouts or runs, and it starts to feel suffocating. The color is a letdown — it looks like old underwear. Please, make it black.

In short, it’s too heavy and uncomfortable for everyday sports, but I’ll hang on to it for winter use on the slopes (where no one can see the horrible color and if it's hot it's not a problem). Not recommended for dynamic or warm-weather activities.

I'm sorry to ehar about the issues you've had with this product, but I think I have the solution. You've been using our Outdoor Knee Support which is design for low temperatures and prolonged low intesnsity exercise (e.g Hiking). It's made from Merino wool so it has greater insulation properties than our sports bracings which would explain why it gets so hot during sport. It's also heavier as it is designed for prolonged use.

The more suitable product for yourself would be our Sports Knee Support. It's more flexible, lighterweight and features our airknit technology to keep you cool.
